Rice, pumpkin and mushrooms

Ingredients

For 1 person: 1 cup of cooked Brown rice, 1 cup steamed Zucchini, .5 .5 Cup of fresh mushrooms, medium onion, 1 sprig of parsley, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, olive oil e.v., rice cooking water and salt to taste.

Instructions
