Tofu sandwich with onion sauce

For 4 servings: 4 slices of whole wheat bread, toasted and smeared with margarine-1 cup onion sauce, cold-2 teaspoons nutritional yeast 1 teaspoon and 1/2 shoyu--350 gr. pressed tofu cut into 8 slices-shoyu
Place the toast on individual serving plates. Stir in 1 cup onion sauce with shoyu and pour a spoonful at a time on bread, sprinkle with nutritional yeast and cover with 2 slices of tofu. Season with a few drops of shoyu.
