Tofu sticks

Ingredients

For 2 persons: 330 gr. about pressed tofu- immersion frying oil-1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Cut the tofu into slices and then into sticks the size of chips to match.
Heat oil in the wok, the Pan or Fryer, then add the tofu and FRY until golden.
Drain, then sprinkle with salt.
Serve while still hot and crispy.
Great with tofu burgers and tofu Smoothie and bananas.
