Pan of mushrooms and onions with tofu

Ingredients

For 3 persons: 2 onions, diced- 8 button mushrooms, finely chopped-1 tomato, cut into thin wedges-1 tablespoon oil- 1/2 liter about soy yogurt-50 gr. about onion soup or freeze dried mushrooms in envelope-650 gr. tofu, cut into cubes approximately 1 cm. side-2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Gently mix the first three ingredients into a bowl, then pour half of the mixture into a lightly oiled baking sheet. In another bowl mix the yogurt and dried onion soup and mix well. Pour a quart of yogurt cream over the vegetables in the Pan, then spread a layer of tofu and a tablespoon of sesame seeds. Then pour another quarter of cream with yogurt. Use the rest of the ingredients to repeat the same layers.
Bake for 30 minutes.
