Seitan in almond sauce

400 g diced seitan
1 medium onion sliced
1 diced red pepper
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons corn oil
150 g ground almonds
450 ml vegetable broth
1 clove of garlic
parsley
lemon juice
200 g Basmati rice
salt and pepper
Pour the oil in a frying pan and heat before the onion then the seitan and finally the pepper.
Stir often then douse with soy sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
Boil the rice with 300 ml of water. Cover.
For the almond sauce pour the almond flour in stock with crushed garlic and parsley.
By boiling simmer 15 minutes over low heat.
Season with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice. Serve in dishes seitan, rice and cover with almond sauce.
