Artichokes alla romana

For 4 people: 4 large artichokes 1 lemon-2 cloves garlic-some mint leaves-1 bunch of parsley-olive oil-salt-pepper
Wash and clean the artichokes by removing the outer leaves and cutting away both the spikes that the stem (leave only the piece closest to the head).

Cook in the oven at 180° C for about an hour.
