For 4 people: 1 package puff pastry frozen vegan-2 large apples-malt to taste-blanched almonds to taste-150 g sugar-1 small glass of rum


Defrost the puff pastry, pulling it out of the fridge at least 15 minutes before use. Then, using a rolling pin floured, roll out on a plane (also sprinkled with flour) and assottigliatela. Carefully rinse the apples, peel them and cut them into pieces. In a pan, melt the sugar with a tablespoon of water and add the apples. Leave to caramelize cooking food over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes.
Next, turn up the heat and drizzle with rum and, without stirring, leave to evaporate the alcohol. Warm the mixture thus obtained and place then in each mould.
Add the malt and the flaked almonds and serve.

Una domanda, la pasta sfoglia congelata, se non sbaglio, è fatta con uova e burro......non è più vegan.Si trova anche vegan? per caso qualcuno ha la ricetta? Grazie

In commercio ci sono diverse paste sfoglie vegan, in particolare quelle bio lo sono quasi tutte.
Le puoi trovare nei negozi di alimentazione naturale e anche nella grande distribuzione.
