Ingredients

For 4 people: 1 kg of vegan dumplings-100 grams of walnuts-2 cloves of garlic-1 red pepper-1 bunch of parsley-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil-Salt

Instructions

Chop separately the walnuts, parsley, garlic and chilli.
Using a large skillet, fry garlic in 4 tablespoons oil, add the chili, mix quickly with a spoon, add the chopped walnuts and saute for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Add a few tablespoons of cooking water of the dumplings and the chopped parsley, and cook again for a couple of minutes.
Add the drained dumplings, mix well and serve hot.
