Seitan with green pepper

800-1000 g seitan in 16 slices
250 ml soy cream
2 Tablespoons green peppercorns in brine
2 tablespoons mustard classic
4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
100 ml brandy
1 pinch of salt
