For 8 people
4 artichokes
1 Broccoli (or Sicilian broccoli 2)
2 golden delicious apples
peanut oil
For the batter
150-200 g flour 00
200 g of light beer
1 pinch of salt
Prepare the batter by pouring the beer and flour, a little at a time, stirring with a whisk, why not do lumps (must get quite "thick" and sticking to foods).
Add salt and store in refrigerator until ready to use it, and in any case for at least an hour.
Clean the broccoli, divide into florets and sbollentatelo for a few minutes in lightly salted water, leaving it al dente.
Clean the artichokes by removing the outer leaves, the outside of the stem and the top of the leaves, and leave them to soak in lemon water until ready to fry.
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut, horizontal, 1/2 cm thick slices.
When the oil is hot, dry the artichokes and divide them into 6-8 wedges, impastellate and drained all the ingredients well and FRY until crisp and colorful. Serve immediately.
