For 4 persons: 200 g rice vermicelli-200 gr of peas-200 g of corn-1 red pepper-soy sauce (shoyu)-sesame oil-Salt


Put a saucepan with water and bring to a boil.
Wash and cut into cubes the pepper.
Put a little oil in a pan to let them skip the peas, peppers and corn.
Season with a little soy sauce.
When the water boils, soak the rice vermicelli and extinguish the flame.
After 4 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water, riscolandoli carefully again.
Pour into the pan with the vegetables and mix thoroughly, making them jump briefly.
Serve hot.
