Vegan cake with pears and walnuts

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
kamut flour 2 cups
3 ripe pears puree with .5 glass of soy milk
1 teaspoon and 1/2 baking soda
1 teaspoon and 1/2 of yeast
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
1/2 cup raisins soaked in rum
12 walnuts
Stir with a wooden spoon in a bowl the flour and sugar with pears puree, add the raisins with the rum, walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla.
Serve warm with liquid cream unsweetened chocolate.
