Fried olives

2 cloves garlic
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
40 large black olives
1 small glass of Apple Cider vinegar
oregano
Peel and crush the garlic in a skillet in which you have poured the oil, then FRY, avoiding to make them black.
Add the olives and all the vinegar and let it shrink, flavouring the oregano.
Serve immediately.
