Peppers with purifying green sauce

100 g rocket
8 small peppers
10 cherry tomatoes
10 olive
10 capers
extra virgin olive oil to taste
Blend the arugula with a little oil, the tomatoes, some capers and olives.
Clean the peppers, cut them in half and cook in steam.
Pour the sauce over the peppers.
We recommend that you prepare this dish several hours before, so that the flavor more.
It can also be served warm, warming the whole steaming before serving.
