Risotto for mother-in-law

4 cloves of garlic
100 ml soy milk naturally
4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
400 g rice profilee
vegetable broth
Salt
Soften the garlic on low heat in a small amount of milk.
When did they become soft enough to be mushy with a fork, add the oil, salt and rice.
