Watering tomatoes

about 1.5 kg tomatoes firm, ripe, round
Salt
3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
thyme or oregano
extra virgin olive oil
100 gr of breadcrumbs
a sprinkling of nutritional yeast flakes
Cut the tomatoes horizontally in half.
Grease a large baking sheet and large enough to hold the tomatoes in a single layer.
Arrange the tomatoes too weekwe fired up each other and add salt slightly.
Put the garlic and the thyme or oregano in their cavities and zigzagateli oil.
Bake at 180° C for about half an hour.
Sprinkle very lightly with nutritional yeast flakes and bread crumbs.
Bake for another 45-60 minutes or until the surface is golden brown. Beware: the tomatoes must not discard, lower then the temperature if necessary.
Let them rest for a few hours at room temperature before serving. Prepared early in the morning to the evening, are among the most delicious and easy summer dishes.
