Bruschetta with turnip greens

For 4 perzome
4 large slices of bread of mixed cereals or wholegrain
2 cloves garlic
400 g of broccoli rabe
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Wash the Broccoli Rabe and cut into pieces.
Toss in a pan with a little oil and a small slice of chopped garlic.
Add salt, add a few tablespoons of water, cover and cook about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you tend to dry out, add some more water.
Meanwhile, fry the slices of bread in the oven, then rub them with another clove of garlic for the purpose of cosmetics.
When turnip greens are cooked, place them on slices of bread and serve.
