Vegetable carbonara

70 g white soy passed
200 g smoked tofu
1 teaspoon of turmeric
180 of wholemeal spaghetti
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Chop the tofu and fry lightly in a pan.
Add the soy and turmeric, stir and cook a few minutes.
Drain the spaghetti al dente cooking in the Pan and mixing them with the mixture.
Drizzle with olive oil and pepper.
