300 g wholemeal flour
3 tablespoons molasses or malt
1 tablespoon sucanat
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoons corn oil
Apple juice
Knead all the ingredients to obtain a soft and supple.
Let rest for an hour and roll it out into a sheet cut 2 cm high with stencils, bake in preheated oven at 180° C until golden cookies.
