Arame seaweed with vegetables

1 cup of Arame seaweed
2 medium leeks cut ends
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
1 tablespoon of sesame oil or extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce (shoyu)
1 pinch of salt
Sauté leeks in a pan with a little oil and a pinch of salt for a few minutes; add the carrots and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the seaweed with a little water and cook covered fae and over low heat for 20 minutes.
Add a few drops of shoyu and serve.
