Spicy tofu cubes

For 2 people
2 loaves from 200 g of tofu (fresh or already grilled)
tomato paste with herbs
1 clove of garlic
1/2 onion
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
parsley
paprika
spicy chili sauce
Cut into cubes the tofu and throw it in a pan where you have warmed the oil e did saute the chopped onion and garlic.
Do it lightly, then add the tomato paste (if necessary diluted with a finger of water), parsley, salt, pepper, paprika and some TSP hot sauce.
Cook for another 8-10 minutes and then serve hot.
Ideal on toast, with tortillas, with polenta or fresh vegetables.
