Mediterranean tofu

For 4 people: 300 g of tofu-2 carrots-100 gr green olives (or black)-60 gr capers-1 clove of garlic-extra virgin olive oil-Salt
Chop the carrots, olives, capers and garlic and FRY in a pan with oil 2 or 3 minutes.
Add tofu cut into small dice (1.5 cm) and cook for 20 minutes.
If you were to add a bit of warm water during cooking.
Season with salt and serve.
