Balsamic seitan

For 4 people: 1 pack of approximately 400 grams of seitan al naturale-balsamic vinegar-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil-soy sauce-salt-black pepper cayenne pepper-rosemary
Reduce the seitan into bite-sized pieces and place in a skillet after you heat a little oil.
Brown the seitan for a couple of minutes, salt and pepper moderately in abundance, then cover with the balsamic vinegar and keep the flame alive for five minutes.
When the sauce thickened, add the chopped rosemary and serve accompanied by steamed broccoli or green beans, by spraying lots of soy sauce.
