Baked mixed vegetables

For 4 people: 1 kg of mixed seasonal vegetables, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt, nutritional yeast flakes, breadcrumbs


Clean and cook the vegetables steamed, if necessary also separately, depending on the cooking time required by each; If you use the tomatoes add them instead to other raw vegetables.
Then arrange them in an ovenproof dish, seasoning them with salt and oil and sprinkling of nutritional yeast and bread crumbs.
