500 g puff pastry-2 medium potatoes-broccoli cabbage carrots-2 .5-.5-one chopped onion 2 or 3 garlic cloves-chopped-peas-.5 TSP chilli-.5 TSP turmeric-2 tsp coriander powder-1 tsp garam masala-oil-Salt-lemon juice
Boil the vegetables coarsely chopped in a pot with plenty of water (the broth so obtained can be kept for other dishes, soups, risotto, etc.).
When are soft, drain and pour into a bowl. With a fork, reduce them in a sort of puree in which however are well evident pieces of carrots, peas, cabbage ...
Now add the spices, onions, salt, garlic, lemon juice, possibly a little oil.
Stir vigorously to distribute optimally every ingredient. Should be a yellow, very tasty thanks to spices and with a taste of lemon.
Roll out the pastry and cut into quadrangles by about 10 cm from the side, will be about a dozen. Put the mixture in the center of the dough and form of rolls.
You can bake in the oven until the dough won't be leavened, or, if the rolls are smaller, you can fry it, but in this case they become very heavy.
