Lentil croquettes

For 4 people: 4 cups of cooked lentils-2 tbsp finely chopped shallots 3-pitted black olives and chopped--5 or 6 tablespoons of flour-bread crumbs-oil-soy sauce (shoyu) or salt
Puree the lentils, then mix in a bowl with the shallots, olives and soy sauce.
Incorporated some flour, enough to form a paste rather consistent, and formed some croquettes ovals and a little crushed. Put them in bread crumbs and FRY in a pan until golden on both sides in a little hot oil.
