Fried tempeh

1 stick of tempeh-2 tbsp shoyu (soy sauce)-2 or 3 tablespoons of sesame oil


Cut tempeh into small cubes, place it in a bowl and add shoyu, stirring gently and taking care not to unmake it.
Let the flavor well for at least 10 minutes.
Then fry in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes and serve with a vegetable side dish to taste.
