Sesame seeds
Sea salt (1 teaspoon salt on average every 18 sesame seed can vary according to your needs)
Washed sesame seeds and let them dry.
When they are well dry FRY toast in a skillet over high heat, until crumble on top between the thumb and ring finger (about 10-15 minutes).
Be careful not to let them burn or become bitter, then shuffled often and, occasionally, have them literally jump in the pan.
Towards the end of cooking, add salt, mixing it well with Sesame and taking care to cook for.
When cooked, transfer it all into the appropriate mortar ("suribace") and beat him up for a few minutes.
The resulting gomasio retains all its fragrance, in a closed jar, for about a week.
Il sesamo è un alimento ricchissimo di calcio.
Nei negozi di alimentazione naturale e macrobiotica è reperibile il gomasio già pronto per l'uso, in diverse varianti, tra le quali anche con alghe.
