Greek salad

For 4-6 people: 3 or 4 medium-sized tomatoes-2 cucumbers-1 head of lettuce-1 green pepper-1 small onion-200 g of tofu (recommended that Herb, but is fine too white)-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil-2 tbsp vinegar-150 gr of olives (for lazy people recommend those pitted)--2 tablespoons capers (optional)-oregano-salt-pepper
Thoroughly wash all vegetables.
Slice the tomatoes and chop the lettuce by hand.
Thinly slice cucumbers, onion and bell pepper.
Making tofu, diced about half a cm each side.
Put everything in a big bowl, joining finally olives, capers, oregano, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Mix well and taste with rustic bread.
