For 4 people: 2 tablespoons soy sauce-50 ml of sake (Japanese rice wine-alternatively you can use cherry dry)-1 tbsp olive oil-1 tablespoon sugar-500 g spinach-100 g of sliced fresh mushrooms-1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Emulsify the soy sauce, sake, olive oil and sugar.
Pour into a pan and heat for 5 minutes.
