For 2 people
100g rice flour
50g potato starch
90g water
a pinch of salt
cauliflower, zucchini, carrots or any other boiled and shredded vegetable
soy cream
oil evo
1 onion
tamari or shoyu
some dried tomatoes
Make a soft loaf with rice flour, potato starch, salt and water.
Let it rest a little, then create a long "sausage", cut strips of dough by half a centimeter (they should turn out to be flat diskettes of egg shape) and cook them in salted water for about 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, sauté the shredded onion in a wok or large pot, add the vegetables, blend with the soy sauce (which is already salted, so here no salt!), small pieces of dried cherry tomatoes, drained dumplings and stir with soy cream.
Enjoy your meal!
