Ingredients

1 brick of tofu, a handful of pine nuts, a handful of hazelnuts or walnuts, olive oil, chopped parsley and basil

Instructions

Prepare a sauce with the chopped nuts, parsley, basil, a fair amount of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Put a tablespoon of this sauce on the bottom of one or more glass jars wide and low.
Cut the tofu into cubes (approximately 2 cm side), add a little salt, place it in glass jars and cover with the sauce.
If necessary, add olive oil.
Close the jars and place them in the refrigerator.
After 2-3 days the tofu is ready to be served with a side salad.
