For 8 people
600 g seitan unflavoured
200 g of shelled almonds
6-7 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons vegetable stock powder
pepper
12 tablespoons of sesame oil
Prepare the marinade in a bowl by emulsifying soy sauce, finely chopped garlic, vegetable stock powder and a sprinkling of pepper.
Cut into cubes in a baking dish, arrange the seitan low and wide and cover with the marinade.
Let it marinate for at least half an hour, the ideal would be at least an hour: how much longer marinating the greater will be the flavor of the finished dish.
Heat oil in a pan and add the almonds.
Just starting to get color, add the marinated seitan, mixed with care for around a couple of minutes and serve.
