Yari's lemon potatoes

500 g potatoes
1 lemon
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon vegetable stock cube soluble
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into wedges; cook steamed until they begin to soften and set aside.
Meanwhile mix the oil, lemon juice, granular nut and herbs; pour over the potatoes and mix well.
Bake for about 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
