1 or 2 handfuls of fresh parsley
1 small clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
capers
2 or 3 small balls of bread crumbs soaked in vinegar
salt
1 beefsteak tomato
tofu (ideal that herbs)
Prepare the sauce by blending one or more handfuls of fresh parsley, garlic, olive oil, capers, two or three small balls of bread crumbs soaked in vinegar.
You can also add a little salt to taste.
Sliced beefsteak type one or more tomatoes and tofu (I chose one with herbs) and serve with salsa verde.
