Dandelion sprouts (to collect unpolluted places)
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 onion
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 handful of raisins
1 tablespoon grated coconut
soy cream or coconut


Sauté sliced onion, add the curry, turmeric, raisins, season to taste, add the dandelion washed and drained well, let it dry by placing a lid, add in last some shredded coconut and drizzle with the soy cream.
