For 4 people: 2 carrots, 2 leeks, 200 grams of flour or semi-full, sunflower oil, 30 g. of seaweed arame, 50 gr. peeled almonds, 2 tablespoons shoyu, salt

Prick the dough on the surface. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven already warm at 200 degrees.
