Tofu curry couscous

200 g of tofu
100 g couscous
1 white onion
50 g of nuts/almonds
50 g white grape
1 glass of soy milk
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
a pinch of cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Cook the onion in a pan with a little water, add tofu cut into strips, curry, chili, olive oil, add the couscous, the halved grapes, nuts/almonds coarsely.
Season with salt and finish cooking over a glass of soy milk.
