Wakame seaweed with onions

Ingredients

For 4 people
25 g of dried Wakame
2 onions
1 tablespoon soy sauce (shoyu)

Instructions

Keep the Wakame to soak for 3-5 minutes, cut into small squares and place them in a pot.
Add the sliced onions and the soaking water (enough to cover the seaweed).
When it boils, lower the heat and cook for about 30 minutes.
Add shoyu and continue for another 10 minutes.

....se volete provare una variante....provatele in agrodolce....semplicemente unendo un cucchiaio di malto di riso, 2 cucchiai di uvetta passa biologica (ammollata per un'ora) e una piccola manciata di pistacchi....poi fare raffreddare il tutto e assaggiatele....è slurposissima
