Muffins with berries

300 g flour type 2
200 g corn flour
100 ml corn oil
80 ml of maple syrup
.5 liter of soy milk
1 sachet of 18 grams of yeast (cream of tartar)
100 grams of blueberries (or other berries)
chopped peel of 1 lemon
1 pinch of sea salt
Mix in a bowl the flour, baking powder, salt and lemon zest.
Add the oil, maple syrup, and milk; stir well to mix perfectly the ingredients.
Incorporate the cranberries (or other berries).
Grease and flour the molds, fill them with the mixture for two thirds and pass them in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180° c.
