6 artichoke
100 g of pitted black olives
30 g capers
chopped parsley
4 cloves of garlic
bread crumb
1 lemon
breadcrumbs
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Clean the artichokes and soak in lemon water for half an hour.
