Wash the lemons under running water.

Ho lasciato 15 giorni l'infuso poi ho frullato molto finemente le bucce, si cola per eliminare il residuo e si mischia con l'acqua bollita e lo zucchero.
Il risultato, un ottimo colore, contenuto spesso e una graduazione alcolica di 40/45 gradi.
