Tofu cream

200 grams of tofu, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon shoyu or tamari (are two slightly different types of soy sauce), 2-3 tablespoons water, 1 clove of garlic or a small onion, and then either parsley or basil, capers or olives (green or black)
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
