Ingredients

100 g lentils
2 Sun-dried tomatoes
4 pitted black olives
1 teaspoon capers desalted subcommittees,
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
thyme
salt

For the sandwich:
1 sandwich
1 or 2 lettuce leaf
2 slices of pickled pepper
some slices of shallot

Instructions

Boil the lentils and, after they are drained, add the tomatoes, olives, capers, breadcrumbs, thyme and salt all together.
With this mixture formed a hamburger and cook in a preheated oven at 200° C for 5 minutes.

For the sandwich:
Split a sandwich in half, add the salad, the burger, 2 slices of pickled pepper and some slices of shallots.

non avevo nè i pomodori secchi nè i capperi, allora ho aggiunto all'impasto un po' di cipolla cruda tritata fine.
panino: non avevo i peperoni sott'aceto (non mi piacciono) allora ho cotto al vapore per 15 minuti le falde di peperone. Poi ho spennellato di mostarda il pane, e ho aggiunto oltre al peperone e l'insalata anche l? della cipolla cruda.
