Rice pudding with pears

For 4 people: 120 gr. of brown rice flour-2 cups of soy milk- 2 tablespoons brown sugar-the rind of a lemon-PEAR 4-sale
Add flour to milk, taking care not to create lumps, add a pinch of salt, sugar and bring to a boil, stirring.
